Here is a Post on What to do if You Have a Problem Like Me

My problem is that I always forget to eat breakfast. Then, I get hungry and I NEED food when there's none. Maybe this is only a personal problem, but I really need to stop. If you don't eat breakfast, you metabolism doesn't get started(That's a real word, my mom says it ALL THE TIME!!:)) Anyway, my advice is to make a chart of things to do every day. Do it order of which they go in, and check it off as you do it. Reward yourself when your done, and then if you keep doing it, your so used to it you don't need the chart anymore. Its as simple as that! You can also use this system for anything, teeth brushing, shower, taking a walk, not even health issues either.

Toy need!!!

You go to target to buy some thing for your sisters b-day. But you see the cutest stuffed animal in the world. You ask your mom to buy it for you but she says no because it is your sisters b-day and you already have a million stuffed animals! What do you do?
I suggest you start getting rid of some of your old stuff and start earning money to buy your own things. If your parents keep buying you toys you will become a Hoarder and only buy, as your room fills up with so many things! Follow the 1 year rule to see if you used it lately.

Bad Hair Day...week...life!!!

A haircut may seem like a great idea at first. But you might regret it later. May be you wanted it really short to be different. Or may be you added highlights like other people. But after what you did has been done you regret it. Don't worry, your hair will grow back real soon! If you really don;t like it you can add stylish hats or hair accessories to your wardrobe! You'll have a lot of fun with the accessories and feel a little better a bout your hair. Remember, its not permanent!

Bad habits!



Bad habits are things that are gross or not acceptable in public. Some examples are nail biting, nose picking, hair sucking, thumb sucking, etc. There are ways to try and get rid of them.



Nail biting: keep hands busy at times when you are bored(sit on hands?) or there is a special nail polish to keep you from biting and finally you can ask your mom or do it your self to clip your nails every few days.



Nose picking: keep hands busy:sitting, tapping,etc.



Thumb sucking: keep hands away from mouth or keep them busy and when sleeping, keep hands away from mouth and there also is a special thing to put around your thumb to make you stop.



And most of all............... have perseverance! if you try really hard to reach your goal it just might be achieved!
