HALLOWEEN WINNER!!!!!

Alright, the post you have all been waiting for!!!! The winner if this months contest is.........

ANNA!!!! Here us the winning comment:

I would tell Jhon to do a variaty of things. He could:1. Just ignore it and go "trick or treating" with another friend or family member/members2. He could tell his parents what they were doing and ask if he could just stay home and give Kyle and Jonathan a reason why he can't go with them.3. He come right out and state that he does not want to do it and why. Then just walk away. 4. He could tell the police/other authority figure what they were planning and when/where.If he were to do one of these things, then he could stay out of trouble and maybe save them from trouble.

Great job Anna!!! And thnk you to the other participants Vicroria, Micheal, strings of fun and Ayden black! Great Job everyone!!!

Halloween Contest!!!

My friend Kel came up with this great contest criteria:

Jhon was planning on 'Trick or Treating' with his friends Kyle and Jonathen. However Kyle and Jonathen are going to Toilet Paper an elderly ladies home and Jhon is good friends with that nice women. They are also going to break into the abandoned house and vandalize it. He was always told "Treat others as you want to be treated" and he would never want that to happen to him. He knows if he does go with them he can get into a lot of trouble, not only with his parents, but also with the police. But he also knows if he doesn't go with them, they'll call him names like "SCARDEY CAT" and "CHICKEN", and they'll make fun of him for a LONG time! If you were him what would you do? What advice or comments do you have to share with him? The best comments and advice wins!! GOOD LUCK!!!

So follow this criteria and come up with some ideas for Jhon and comment here and I will pick a winner on Halloween! Thanks Kel to for the great criteria!!!

Contests

How often would you like to have contests? I will have them as often as you like! So either vote on the poll or comment on this post! Thank you guys have already voted! I like to hear your input!

Toy need!!!

You go to target to buy some thing for your sisters b-day. But you see the cutest stuffed animal in the world. You ask your mom to buy it for you but she says no because it is your sisters b-day and you already have a million stuffed animals! What do you do?
I suggest you start getting rid of some of your old stuff and start earning money to buy your own things. If your parents keep buying you toys you will become a Hoarder and only buy, as your room fills up with so many things! Follow the 1 year rule to see if you used it lately.

Contest Winner's Prize: Being yourself

Being yourself is a very important concept in life. If you pretend to be someone your not, you may feel uncomfortable around people you know, and have to pretend all the time. If you do this, people wont trust you, they'll remember that you had lied to them. And the most important thing of all is that if you don't be yourself, the main person you lie to is so important: YOU.

So don't lie to yourself next time someone tells you "oh I don't like Katy Perry" or "I don't like sports" because being you is what makes you special, don't let anything or anyone take that away!!!!

Contest Winner!!!!

Well I had a hard time deciding, but after a LONG time thinking, I am glad to announce that Victoria is the contest winner!!! We also had another great entry by Anna!!!! Here is the wining comment

By Victoria:

Well, Kate, my BFF killed herself a few years ago. I was in the same dilemma. I got really introverted, and a lot of people brought me cookies and stuff to help me through it. But the one thing that helped me the most were my other closest friends. They brought over movies. Thing was, they didn't know what movies would bring back memories (like OMG we saw the movie together) and what wouldn't, so they brought over 10+ movies. We spent three days STRAIGHT watching everything from The Devil Wears Prada to American Pie to the Human Centipede (staying up with lotsa caffeine) A few movies reminded me of my friend, but we had lots of tissues. They were so supportive. It helped me realize that even though my friend was gone, it was like she was still there with me. I was able to talk about my friend afterwards and even give that speech thinymajigger at her funeral. So, advice? Do something that's halfway between forgetting and remembering. With close friends, lots of tissues, and a shiz load of chocolate.

And here is Anna's:

Dear Amy,I would suggest that you take into account all the wondeful memories you once had a cherish them. Think about those memories of being with her and that she is still there in your heart instead of thinking of those as your lose of her and feelings of pain. Thing of happy times and have lots of good things that you love. If you love chocolate, eat it. If you love icecream, eat it. If you love to go to the park and run, do it. Do everything that you love to do to take your mind off of the feeling of pain and sorrow. Stay on the happy side and have friends around to encourage you and comfort you!

Great advice guys!!!! Victoria you may post what you want to see on my blog, and I will post that for you by Wednesday or Thursday! Keep on giving advice!

Math quiz failures

Failing a math quiz, YIKES!!! Your in big trouble. First I would like to say that I got this idea from one of the blogs I read(go to it now) So failing a math quiz is pretty bad. Your parents are mad. Your teacher is mad. And before you know it, your grounded. The best thing to do is listen to your parents(don't make them angrier) and try and study for the test and ask your teacher if you can retake it. Maybe you can it and it will be a bit better.

CONTEST!!!!!

Okay, well I am going to try something new. I am holding a contest for the best advice giver. I will give you a problem and the person who gives the best advice for it wins. The winner will tell me what he or she wants to see on my blog, and I will do it. Okay? Got it, here is the problem:

Amy's Grandma just died and she loved her so much. She really wants her back, and can't stand to talk about her. What advice would you give to Amy?

Okay I will announce the winner on Monday!!
Adios!!

Answer for victoria

By Victoria:

My mom is making me go to this group thing with a bunch of sheltered Christians. Like we're talking extreme here. I got the evil eye for saying what the heck. I tried to get to know them, but they "can't associate with bad influences". Apparently eyeliner is a work of the devil. I've been drowning them out with my ipod, but it's hard to kill three hours a week. Any ideas?

Well, tell them that you understand what they mean. Try to cooperate with them in any way you can. Try and find something you do have in common, try and stay away from negative thoughts. Don't judge them so hard on the way they are acting, it's just the way they are.(And just in case, don't wear eyeliner when you visit them)
